MEET BYRON
Byron is keenly aware that renovating or constructing a home is a huge investment: not only financially, but mentally and emotionally. He keeps this in mind with everything he does, from advising his clients on whether to move or renovate their current space, to providing an enjoyable design experience, to creating a space they are proud to call home.
After designing for various award-winning firms in the Richmond area, Byron started Menlo Architecture in 2020 with the aim to make thoughtful design more accessible. Traditionally, clients working with an architect often find the process intimidating or confusing. Byron wants to change that experience into a transparent, collaborative one while helping more clients achieve their unique vision.
Byron earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from Virginia Tech. He resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and two young daughters. When work and family demands allow, he enjoys a round of golf and hands-on home improvement projects.
